Normally but Role 365 administrators tin reset their own passwords. To enable normal users to reset their own passwords, nosotros need to enable self-service password reset.
Regarding the state of affairs, I advise you ask your global ambassador to reset your password. Meanwhile, to better understand the state of affairs, I'd like to confirm some information:
one. Change to another network environment.
2. Try with another browser.

Thank you for your response. The business relationship I am using is a global administrator. I accept also tried using another browser and on a different network only still the same message.
This error message started recently.
The fault bulletin comes upward after clicking Cant access your account and filling in the email id and the requested lawmaking.

Could you let the states know if the afflicted users are able to access their Office 365 portal pages? If you (the global admin) or the affected users practice have the access, you all can reset the passwords yourselves in a unlike fashion. Here I'd like to share with you the following information:
As a global admin, yous can reset all the users' password:
Reset a user'southward password
Reset my ambassador password for Office 365
As a single user:
Change my password in Office 365 for business

thanks for your assistance.
users can access office 365 portal.
the outcome is that my account is a global admin account. whenever i try reseting password, i continue having the error message.
all users are also having this consequence. users can initially reset their countersign becuse of the password reset characteristic from azure advert premium.
just for the past 2-3days now endeavor to this has not been friutful.
the error message comes upwardly afterward clicking cant access your account and filling in the e-mail id and the requested code.
